Join us for a full moon circle on Monday, August 3rd at 7 PM EST.
This full moon is also known as the Corn Moon or Sturgeon Moon because, according to many Native American Tribes, this was traditionally the time to catch sturgeon and harvest corn. When I think of harvesting during the summer, I think of all the wonderful goodies the earth has to share with us that we long forthroughout the other seasons—corn, tomatoes, blackberries, and squash, to name a few.
Yes, there is so much abundance during the summer harvest season. And if we can exist in gratitude for everything the earth gives us, it’ll be easier to set our soul-and purpose-based intentions. In this full moon circle, we can call on the universe to bring those intentions to fruition.
Also, this month, the moon moves into Aquarius, causing our emotional relationships to possibly feel more complex. So, the Aquarian Moon asks us to question the ways we’ve always done things. We know that if we continue to do things the way we’ve always done them, we’ll continue to get the same results and the live the same old life. But, if we can free ourselves from the ingrained obligations of habitual behavior, what gold will we be able to mine? This full moon gives us all an opportunity to evolve and truly go after what we want.
Join Alexandra as we create a sacred space for intention-making and meditate on what we are willing to release in order to achieve what we want. We will make an offering to the universe and use the power of the group to set our intentions and ask for guidance in manifestation.
We will end with a ritual of gratitude.
